I wanted to reach out and highlight how AWESOME Fanna is. My dog, Rush, recently took "Relaxed Rover". It has only been about 6 months since I adopted Rush, but living in an apartment with lots of other dogs, I quickly realized that he wasn't "normal". I received recommendations from coworkers about overnight boot camps where they use shock collars to enforce submission. I really wasn't in love with that idea because I didn't want them to steal Rush's joy and energy (those are some of his best attributes).
I really wasn't expecting much given that it was only 5 weeks of training, but Fanna was amazing. She broke everything down into realistic training techniques that are actually attainable for us. The training has helped immensely and we're so excited to keep practicing at home.

Sheila is doing A LOT better at the vet’s office. They’ve noticed a lot of improvement with her. She lets them do anything they want to her now. Thank you!

My husband asked me recently, “Where would we be if we hadn’t met Fanna?” I can honestly answer, “I have no idea.” When we met Fanna Easter we were frazzled puppy parents. Our pair of 4 month old English bulldog puppies, Winston and Lizzie, were not getting along with each other. And when they started becoming fearful of strangers, other dogs, and random objects around our house we knew we needed the help of an expert. One of the things we admire most about Fanna is that she is a “people person” as much as she is a “dog person”. During our initial consultation she was empathetic and never judgmental. Her knowledge, intelligence, and skill were obvious from the start. Fanna provided us with a training and behavior modification plan that we could implement immediately. These exercises helped us build confidence and coping skills in our fearful dogs. Our Little Lizzie now happily participates in group classes and is working on her M.A. in the APDT My Dog Has Class program.
Did I mention that before working with Fanna we were twice kicked out of puppy school? Winston has participated in Nose Games classes and now loves having company visit our home. There is no more fence fighting with the neighbor’s dog. There is no more growling at guests in our home. Our dogs can now get along with each other and enjoy tug, chase, and wrestling each other on the sofa. It’s for all these reasons, and so many more, that we enthusiastically recommend Fanna to anyone whose dog is fearful, anxious, or easily excitable.

I ran into Fanna by accident, I was desperate. Maverick had bitten two people and I was at my wit’s end. Recently, I sent him to boot camp for a month, he was better for a week. When he tried to bite someone again, I had to do something. Fanna did not preach, she listened. She made suggestions, and she got busy training Mav during our lesson. I’m shocked at the difference now, he walks away instead of trying to bite someone. I threw away Mav’s shock collar, it didn’t work and I think made him worse. Now I understand what to do, Mav is much better. Fanna is worth every penny.

Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance with training Winston. I can already see improvement! We tried a different training class and it was good but I’ve definitely learned a lot more from your class. You gave tips that would work especially for Winston. That has been a huge help!! I never felt overwhelmed in class. Everything you taught was very manageable for me and for Winston. I’m so glad Dr. Jenny Rich told us about you!!
